It’s not surprising considering the previous lawsuits like Edwards and Lee. Now it’s the “I knew what the rules were but I thought I would try it-anyway” lawsuit.
In its simplest explanation the question was whether or not officers taking the assessment center process for the sergeants examination were competing in three groups of 25 or competing against 75 competitors.
