Mayor Lee Brown's appointee to the city of Houston Health Benefits Advisory Committee . . . President of Jolly Rogers Storage Corp. . . . Owner of Blankinship Enterprises and the Miami Car Wash . . . He and wife Lisa have two daughters, Krystal and Nikki . . . Enjoys many family activities, including water skiing.
