Bachelor of Science in Organizational
Leadership (OL)
Transfer in TCLEOSE training, military, and/or college hours
toward the Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership (BSOL) degree.
This degree is applicable to all aspects of your HPD career, promotional process,
and even extra employment and/or career changes. It is completed online in
approximately 18 months through 4 sixteen week semesters. Transfer 80 hours
from previous college, military, and/or training.
Master
of Science in Strategic Leadership (MSSL)
No GRE or GMAT is required for the
Master of Science in Strategic Leadership (MSSL) degree. This program, also
completed in less than 18 months, consists of 3 twenty week semesters. An "Action
Research Project" takes the place of a final thesis, so students are able
to write about what they know, be it law enforcement, extra employment issues,
volunteer work or personal goals.
