Arbitrator Rules On Formal Challenge Of Lieutenant's Promotional Assessment

Arbitrator Eric H. Nelson rendered a ruling today in the matter of the contract challenge between the Houston Police Department and Houston Police Officers' Union. This challenge was related to appeals to the second and third assessments of the 2005 Lieutenant's promotional examination.
