The lieutenant representatives on the bargaining team surveyed their rank to determine if lieutenants wanted to remain exempt or become non-exempt.  Only 68 voted and the results were 32 votes to remain exempt and 36 to become non-exempt.  This survey was only conducted as guidance for the team.  If any of you want to provide additional input, please contact Lt.
