HPD Holds Promotions Ceremony Tomorrow10 a.m. TOMORROW (Friday, August 6), Houston Police Chief Charles A. McClelland, Jr. will oversee a promotions ceremony at the L.D. Morrison Houston Police Training Academy, at 17000 Aldine-Westfield. 

Promotions to the ranks of Executive Assistant Chief, Assistant Chief, Captain, Lieutenant and Sergeant will be recognized in the ceremony.
