HPD Sergeant Sings Anthem at Rodeo

Sgt. Cynthia Miller is singing the National Anthem to open each performance of this year’s Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo.

Sgt. Miller, known for her great singing voice, appears below with the HPD Color Guard, which presents the colors for every opening ceremony.
