Effective June 1, 2011 the elimination periods for Plan B and Plan C disability will be reduced from the current 14 day elimination period to a 7 day elimination period. Plan A or the contract benefit will remain at the current 14 day elimination period. This change will only apply to accidents or illnesses that occurred or begin on or after June 1, 2011. 

Take this opportunity to review your coverage and consider an upgrade. Please remember that plan A or the contract benefit is accident only and does not include an illness benefit.
