Early voting for the HPOU open board positions has ended, and member ballots are being mailed out today. Please take a few moments to study the candidate list and the proposed Constitutional amendment on the ballot. When you have completed your vote, please place the ballot in the "secret ballot" envelope, seal it and place it in the postage paid envelope. 

Please remember these important timelines. Walk-in ballots must be deposited in the ballot box located in the HPOU administration building, first floor by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, October 28, 2005. Mail-in ballots must be postmarked no later than Friday, October 28, 2005 and received by the Election Chairman by 5:00 p.m. on Monday, October 31, 2005
