In a special board meeting on December 17, 2008, President Gary Blankinship appointed Officer Martha Bailey to Position 5, which will be vacated by Ray Hunt on January 8, 2009 when he assumes the 2nd Vice President position.  Gary also named Sgt Joslyn Johnson to serve as Parliamentarian and Carol Trautwein to serve as Sergeant at Arms.  All elected and appointed members will be sworn in at the January meeting, which will be held on January 8, 2009 due to the first Thursday falling on New Year's Day.  The meeting will begin at 11am.
