The City of Houston provided incorrect information regarding the approval of the new vendor, Mass Mutual. Therefore, the change will not take place on November 1st and may be delayed several months. Until the change takes place, anyone deferring money to Valic will continue to do so and you will continue to be able to access your account with Valic. If you have any questions, please contact your rep at the HPOU.
