Welcome to the Houston Police Officers’ Union’s new online voting
system. All future polls, surveys, and board elections will originate from
this page. Details of each ballot will first be explained to the member prior
to proceeding to the election, poll, or survey.
During your initial use of this system, you will be directed to Votenet after
clicking the link below. During your first attempt to utilize the
system, you will be asked to enter your user name (payroll) and the password
that was sent to you. You will have an opportunity to change your password
to one of your own choosing. Please keep a record of the password
you chose as HPOU will not have direct access to this information.
Survey #1 (May 2008)
The Houston Police Officers’ Union and the Houston Police Department
are requesting feedback from sworn employees regarding a general change in
the current uniform. Please read the questions carefully. Your responses will
be used to determine the interest, as well as viability of a change in the
current uniform.
